IV Ketamine Therapy for West Palm Beach Patients

West Palm Beach is the farthest city we regularly discuss with prospective patients — and the Brightline is the reason the conversation is realistic at all. Infinity Medical Wellness provides medically supervised IV ketamine therapy at one private office in Brickell, Miami; West Palm patients reach it by a direct train ride downtown-to-downtown.

Why West Palm Beach patients seek care in Brickell

Nobody makes a West Palm-to-Brickell trip casually, and we don't pretend otherwise. Patients who do it have usually compared options across three counties and decided the care model matters more than the distance: one licensed medical provider (APRN) conducting the evaluation and personally overseeing every infusion in a private office. Because an initial course is a limited number of visits, the train makes that choice logistically honest rather than aspirational.

Who from West Palm Beach typically seeks treatment

We ask West Palm Beach patients to start with a phone or email consultation — it covers everything a first visit conversation would (treatment history, medications, screening, expectations) and lets both sides judge whether the travel is sustainable before anything is scheduled. If a closer provider is the better practical choice for you, that's a legitimate outcome of that call.

From West Palm Beach to our Brickell office

The Brightline from West Palm Beach station to MiamiCentral is direct, and our office is a short rideshare or Metromover connection from the station. Driving I-95 the whole way is possible but the least predictable option.

By car, travel time varies considerably with South Florida traffic and this is a long trip. The Brightline's fixed schedule makes planning around the train the most predictable approach.

All treatment takes place at our single office: 40 SW 13th St #406, Miami, FL 33130 — in the Infinity office building in Brickell. We do not operate satellite locations, so every patient receives care in the same private, medically supervised setting.

Where to park when you arrive

If arriving by Brightline, MiamiCentral is a few minutes by rideshare from 40 SW 13th St #406, with a Metromover connection toward Brickell as an alternative. If driving, valet at our building runs about $13.

Planning your ride home

You cannot drive for the rest of the day after an infusion. The workable West Palm plan is the train with a companion — down together, home together as passengers — or a companion who drives both ways. Build the return schedule before your session; we'll help you leave enough buffer to depart unhurried.

This isn't a formality — it's part of safe treatment. After your infusion you'll rest in our office through a monitored recovery period, and you should keep the remainder of the day unscheduled. Effects and recovery experiences vary from person to person.
